Deposit & Payment Policy
Refundable Security Deposit
A deposit is required at vehicle handover. It is fully refunded within 1–3 business days after return, subject to vehicle condition.
Accepted Payment Methods
Bank transfer (DuitNow / IBG), cash. All payments confirmed before vehicle handover.
Fuel Policy
Full-to-full. Vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

All rentals include comprehensive road tax and basic insurance. Additional protection options are available — ask us.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is what you pay. Fuel, tolls, and traffic fines during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
Do weekly and monthly rates include insurance?
Yes. All rental rates include comprehensive road tax and basic insurance coverage. Additional protection options are available on request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of RM 200–500 is collected at vehicle handover. It is returned within 1–3 business days after return.
Can I get a discount for longer rentals?
Weekly and monthly rentals are priced at a lower effective daily rate than day-by-day bookings. WhatsApp us for a custom long-term quote.
Do rates differ by pickup location?
Base rates are the same across all locations. A delivery fee may apply for areas outside central Subang Jaya / KL.
